Clients are allowed a 5–10 minute grace period for late arrivals. However, brow, chin, and lip wax services are excluded from this grace period due to their shorter duration.

If a client arrives after the grace period, they will not be serviced and will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost as a late cancellation fee.

If the provider is late to begin the service, a 10% discount will be applied to the total cost as a courtesy to the client. text goes here

Deposits Policy

A deposit is required for all services at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

• If a cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

• If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, the deposit is forfeited and cannot be applied to a future service.

All deposits will be deducted from the final service total at checkout.

• Silence Devices: Kindly silence phones and other electronic devices to preserve a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

• Come Alone: Unless otherwise approved, we kindly ask that you do not bring guests, children, or pets to your appointment to maintain a peaceful and focused setting.

• Practice Cleanliness: Please arrive freshly cleaned and ready for your service, especially for intimate or skin-related treatments.

• Respect Personal Boundaries: Harassment, disrespect, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services and being banned from future bookings.

• Communicate Clearly: If you have any sensitivities, preferences, or concerns, please share them before or during the service so we can best accommodate you.
